If your app won’t find the machine, won’t pair, gets stuck on connecting, or the machine is not showing in the app, work through these checks in order.
Before you start, make sure:
Your PerfectDraft app is up to date
Bluetooth is turned ON
The wireless icon on the display is blinking blue
If the wireless icon is solid white, reset it by pressing and holding the wireless button for 10 seconds
You are standing close to the machine
Your machine is switched ON
- You are using a 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network, not 5 GHz
If you use Android:
turn ON Location Services as well as Bluetooth
- Android needs location permission to discover nearby Bluetooth devices during setup
If the machine still is not found:
- Turn Bluetooth OFF on your phone, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back ON
- Make sure no other device is currently paired to the machine
- Check that the machine is within range of your router and your phone
- Confirm your Wi‑Fi name and password are correct
- If your router combines 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under one name, connect using the 2.4 GHz band

If you are still experiencing difficulties connecting your machine to the app, please contact us and confirm that all of the following steps have been completed:
Latest app version installed
Bluetooth ON
Android location ON if applicable
Machine switched ON and nearby
2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi confirmed
- Wi‑Fi password checked
