We accept returns of unopened items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Opened or used items cannot be returned unless there is a fault or quality issue
If your product is faulty or has a quality issue:
- You can reject the goods within 30 days of delivery for a refund
- After 30 days, we may offer a replacement instead
- For kegs and other perishable items, faults must be reported before the use-by or best-before date
