Returning your empty kegs is simple.
- Start your return in your account.
- Log in (or create an account) and visit the Keg Return Hub, where you can follow the steps to tell us how many kegs and boxes you’re sending back.
- Pack your empty kegs.
- Reuse your PerfectDraft packaging by filling it with empties where possible. If you no longer have the original box, you can use any suitable box that holds up to three kegs.
- Hand over your empties.
- Drop off your packed kegs to the shop attendant at a participating store drop-off point.
- Receive your credit.
- With Express Credit, you’ll receive 5€ in Store Credit per keg within 24 hours of the courier receiving your kegs.
- With Standard Credit, 5€ per keg will be credited once we’ve received the empty kegs.
