The Extended Temperature Range is only available on PerfectDraft Pro machines that are connected to the PerfectDraft Mobile App.
Once your machine is connected:
- Open the PerfectDraft Mobile App
- Go to the Machine Control page
- Enable the Extended Temperature Range
After activation, your machine will support a temperature range from 0°C to 12°C.
If you are unable to connect your machine or don’t see this option in the app, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance or report a bug via "Instabug." You can do that by shaking your phone with the PerfectDraft app open or taking a screenshot of the error. An Instabug pop-up will open for you to submit the bug or improvement request.
