If your machine is connected to the PerfectDraft app, it may occasionally reset automatically during a firmware update. This is normal and nothing to worry about.
What's normal
- The reset is part of the firmware update process.
- It only takes a few moments.
- Once complete, the machine returns to normal operation and carries on cooling as usual.
While an update is running, leave your machine plugged in. Unplugging partway through can interrupt the update.
If it doesn't look like a normal update
Get in touch if:
- your machine resets more than once and doesn't settle
- it resets when it isn't connected to the app
- the display isn't behaving normally after the reset finishes
