If you're a PerfectDraft machine owner and you notice that the volume of beer being displayed on the machine is not accurate, don't worry. There are several things that you can try to get your machine working properly again.
Pour a beer:
When a new keg is installed, the machine may not immediately register the volume. Pouring a beer usually resets the volume indicator.
Check the keg:
The first thing you should do is to check the keg itself. Make sure that it is properly connected to the tap handle.
Clean the machine:
Another common reason why the volume display may not be accurate is that the machine is dirty or clogged. Try cleaning the machine and its components according to the manufacturer's instructions. This can often solve the problem.
Reset the machine:
If cleaning the machine doesn't work, try resetting it. You can do this by unplugging the machine from the power source for a few minutes and then plugging it back in.
Contact customer service:
If none of the above steps work, contact the customer service team. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the problem and provide additional assistance.
