Code E3 - Possible fan problem: the cooling element is overheating

This code indicates that there is a problem with the fan. 

Please take a look at the back of the machine and check that the fan is running. 

If it is still going, the following should help:

• Make sure there is enough space around the back of the machine. (The manual states there should be at least 10cm around the appliance)
• Ensure the appliance is not in direct sunlight or near a heat source
• Make sure there is no dust build up in the vent on the back of the machine
