If you're having trouble logging into your PerfectDraft account, these checks usually solve it.
Check your login details
Make sure:
- you're using the correct email address for your PerfectDraft account
- your password is entered correctly, as passwords are case-sensitive
- caps lock is not turned on by mistake
- your app is updated to the latest version, if you're using the app

I ordered without creating an account
If you checked out as a guest, you won't have login details, because no account was created. Create an account using the same email address you ordered with and your order history will be linked to it.
I'm on the wrong PerfectDraft store
PerfectDraft has a separate store for each country, and your account works only on the store where you created it. If you created your account on the French store, for example, those details won't work on the Belgian store. Check that you're on the right store for your country, and create an account there if you need one.
I still can't log in
If none of the above works, please contact us and include:
- the email address linked to your PerfectDraft account
- whether you're using the app or website
- the error message you see, if any
