If you notice a leak, what you need to do depends on when it started.
If the keg is leaking before you load it into the machine:
- Please contact our Customer Service team. This may indicate an issue with the keg itself, and we’ll guide you on the next steps.
If the keg is already in the machine:
-
Check the tap unit seal.
- Remove the tap and inspect the rubber seal between the tap and the keg. Ensure it is clean and correctly seated before reattaching.
-
Inspect the tube.
- The tube connecting the keg to the tap can sometimes become damaged. If needed, replace it with a new tube and refit the tap securely.
-
Check the tap position.
- Make sure the tap handle is fully in the upright position. If it is not peroperly closed, beer may continue to flow.
