The Extended Temperature Range is only available on PerfectDraft Pro machines that are connected to the PerfectDraft Mobile App.
Once your machine is connected:
- Open the PerfectDraft Mobile App
- Go to the Machine Control page
- Enable the Extended Temperature Range
After activation, your machine will support a temperature range from 0°C to 12°C.
If you are unable to connect your machine or don’t see this option in the app, please contact our Customer Service team.
To report a bug to our team:
- Open the PerfectDraft app. Shake your phone or take a screenshot of the error.
- A Bug Report pop-up will open for you to submit the bug, or suggest an improvement.
