As your order moves through our system, you may see different order statuses.
Here’s what each one means:
Order not yet confirmed
- Your order has been placed, but payment is still being processed. We’ll let you know once payment is confirmed.
Order received
- Payment has been successfully completed and your order details have been sent to our warehouse for preparation.
Order in the warehouse
- Your order is being picked and packed and is getting ready for dispatch. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s on its way.
With courier
- Your order has been handed over to the courier and is on its way to you. You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow the delivery.
Complete
- Your order, or part of it, has been delivered. We hope you’re enjoying your PerfectDraft purchase.
