All new PerfectDraft Philips machines come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty provider may vary depending on your machine model.
What is covered?
If your machine develops a manufacturing fault within the applicable warranty period, it is covered under warranty.
Please contact the PerfectDraft Philips support directly to make a claim.
- You will need proof of purchase (your original invoice or a copy)
- You will need the serial number from the silver sticker on the bottom of your machine
- The warranty period starts from the purchase date

What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Consumable parts
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by incorrect use or poor maintenance
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised third parties
Please ensure the machine is installed and used according to the user manual. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
