Can I change the number of kegs in my return?

Keg return credit is generally calculated based on the empty PerfectDraft kegs received and processed.

You can pack a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 6 kegs per box. If you’re returning more than 6 kegs, please use multiple boxes.

What happens if I send more kegs than I booked for my return?

• Don’t worry if you send more kegs than you originally booked.
• Your credit will be updated based on the empty PerfectDraft kegs received and processed.

What happens if I send fewer kegs than I booked for my return?

• If you send fewer kegs than you originally booked, your credit will be updated based on the empty PerfectDraft kegs received and processed.
• If you use Express Credit and send fewer kegs than booked more than twice, your eligibility for Express Credit will be automatically disabled. Please enter the exact number of kegs when booking to help ensure a smoother return.

• Express Credit has been disabled.
• The amount of credit you received doesn’t match the number of kegs returned.
• You don’t know how many kegs have been processed.
