If the keg is dripping, keeps dripping, or seems to be leaking from the tap, the first step is to work out when it started and where the leak is coming from.
If the keg is leaking before you load it into the machine:
As this may indicate an issue with the keg itself, please contact us and we will guide you through the next steps.
If the keg is already in the machine:
1. Check the tap unit seal.
remove the tap
inspect the rubber seal between the tap and the keg
- make sure it is clean and seated correctly before reattaching
2. Inspect the tube.
the tube connecting the keg to the tap can become damaged
- if needed, replace it and refit the tap securely
3. Check the tap position.
make sure the tap handle is fully upright
- if it is not properly closed, beer may continue to flow
If the leak continues after these checks, please contact us and we will guide you through the next steps.
