If your beer looks wrong, tastes stale, tastes off, or you suspect a faulty keg, start with these checks.
1. Check storage conditions
make sure the keg has been stored upright
keep it in a cool, dry place
- avoid direct sunlight and heat
2. Check freshness
look at the best-before date
- make sure the keg is still within its recommended timeframe
3. Check serving temperature
beer that has not fully cooled can taste different
- allow the keg to chill completely before pouring
4. If possible, try another keg
- if the same issue happens again, it may be worth checking your machine setup instead
If everything above seems correct and the taste still seems off, please contact us. Have the batch number and date of purchase ready.
If you experience any sickness or illness after consuming a beverage, please stop consumption immediately and contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can investigate further.
