If the machine is not pouring, nothing comes out, there seems to be no pressure, or the machine is cooling but not dispensing, work through these checks in order.
1. Check the tap unit
Make sure the tap unit is fully and securely attached to the keg.
A poor fit can affect pressure and stop the flow.
- You should hear two clicks when it is properly fitted.
2. Check the Beer Line tube
Inspect the tube connecting the keg to the tap.
- A tear, blockage, build-up, or poor fit can restrict the beer flow.
3. Check whether the keg is pressurising
if the machine is making repeated pressure-maintenance noise or you suspect a poor keg connection, recheck the tap unit, beer line, and keg connections
- if possible, try another keg to rule out a keg fault
4. Check the display
if the machine is showing an error code, go to error code articles.
