You can return empty PerfectDraft kegs by booking it online at Keg Return Hub or by dropping them off at a participating PerfectDraft Community Store.
ONLINE returns:
When booking online return, please follow the instructions shown during the return process and make sure empty kegs are packed securely before collection or Codrop-off. You can access the returns hub here: https://www.perfectdraft.com/en-gb/perfect-draft-returns
OFFLINE returns:

What should I do?
Choose the return option that works best for you:
- Book a keg return online – choose home collection or collect+ drop off
- Before returning kegs, please make sure they are empty and packed securely.
- You get £5 credits in Beer Tokens for every keg returned
or
- Drop off your empty kegs at Majestic or participating Community Store, you do not need to pack the kegs while returning. You get £5 instant off for the purchases at the store.
Please contact the PerfectDraft support team if:
- You cannot book a keg return
- You are not sure which return option to use
- Your return confirmation has not arrived from the courier
- Your collection was missed
- You need help with your keg return credit
- You don’t have a box to return.
