Keg return credit is normally based on the empty PerfectDraft kegs that are received and processed.
A minimum of 1 keg and maximum of 6 kegs can be packed per box. If you are returning more than 6 kegs, please use more than one box.
What happens if I send more kegs than I booked?
- If you send more kegs than originally booked, do not worry.
- Your credit will be updated based on the empty PerfectDraft kegs that are received and processed.
What happens if I send fewer kegs than I booked?

If you send fewer kegs than originally booked, your credit will be updated based on empty PerfectDraft kegs that are received and processed.
- If you are using Express Credit method and you send fewer kegs than originally booked more than twice, your Express Credit eligibility will be automatically disabled. Please make sure the right number of kegs are added while booking to ensure smoother return experience.
