Keg return credit is normally based on the empty PerfectDraft kegs that are received and processed.
If you return more than originally booked, your credit will normally be based on the number of eligible empty kegs processed.
If you fewer kegs than originally booked,
A maximum of 3 kegs can be packed per box. If you are returning more than 3 kegs, please use more than one box.
What happens if I send more kegs than I booked?
If you send more kegs than originally booked, do not worry.
Your credit will be updated based on the empty PerfectDraft kegs that are received and processed.
What happens if I send fewer kegs than I booked?
If you send fewer kegs than originally booked, your credit will be updated based on empty PerfectDraft kegs that are received and processed.
If you are using Express Credit route and you send fewer kegs than originally booked more than twice, your Express Credit route will be automatically disabled. Please make sure the right number of kegs are added while booking to ensure smoother return experience.
Please contact the PerfectDraft support team if:
- Express Credit is disabled
- Your credit amount does not match the number of kegs returned
- You are unsure how many kegs were processed
