You will need proof of purchase, such as your original receipt or invoice from the retailer. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
If the issue is about the order, delivery, payment, or a return within the retailer’s return window, please contact the retailer first.
What is covered?
PerfectDraft machines come with a manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults, but it does not cover normal wear and tear, consumable parts, accidental damage, incorrect use, poor maintenance, or unauthorised repairs.
