If your beer does not taste quite right, there are a few things to check.
-
Check storage conditions
- Make sure the keg has been stored upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Exposure to high temperatures can affect flavour.
-
Check freshness
- Look at the best before date on the keg and ensure it is within its recommended timeframe.
-
Check serving temperature
- Beer that has not fully cooled to its serving temperature may taste different. Allow the keg to chill completely before pouring.
If everything above seems correct and the taste still seems off, there may be an issue with the keg.
Please contact our Customer Service team. Have the batch number and date of purchase ready so we can assist you quickly.
If possible, you may also wish to try a different keg. If the same issue occurs again, it could be worth checking your PerfectDraft machine setup.
If you experience any sickness or illness after consuming a beverage, please stop consumption immediately and contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can investigate further.
