PerfectDraft Pro uses built-in sensors and an internal cooling system to keep your keg at the temperature you’ve selected.
While cooling, the machine may briefly pause to protect its internal components — this is normal and already included in the expected cooling time. If you increase the set temperature, cooling will pause until the keg naturally reaches the new setting. In very cold environments, the temperature may occasionally drop slightly below the selected level.
This helps ensure stable performance and protects the machine over time, so you can enjoy consistently chilled beer at home.
