I can't turn on the cooling scheduler or the power-saving mode

As soon as you connect your machine, you may get an error when turning on the temperature range due to a delay in the communication between the app and the cloud after the connection is finalized. 

You should be able to turn it on if you try again after 1 minute. If the error persists, shake your phone or take a screenshot to submit a report to our customer service team
