If you are seeing E1 on the display, this usually means there is a serious air leak and the pump runs too long.
What to try now:
- Recheck the tap unit, beer line, and keg connections.
- You should hear two "clicks" when the keg is properly connected
- Check for a poor keg connection.
- Check for a damaged keg seal or a faulty tap unit.
- If possible, try another keg to rule out a faulty keg.
