If you are seeing E2 on your machine's display, this usually means the ambient temperature around the machine is too high.
To resolve this:
- Move your machine to a cooler location. Ensure that the machine is not placed in direct sunlight or near a heat source (such as an oven or radiator).
- Ensure there is enough space around the machine for ventilation. We recommend at least 10 cm of clearance in all directions.
- Check that there is no dust build-up in the vent at the back of the machine.
- If there is, please use a vacuum and lightly remove any dust
- Make sure the door is fully closed and clicked shut.
