If the display on your PerfectDraft machine is not working properly, follow the steps below.

Check the power connection
- Ensure the machine is properly plugged in and switched on at the socket.
- If necessary, unplug it, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in securely.

Check the keg installation
- Open the front door and remove the keg and tap unit.
- Confirm you are using a compatible 6-litre PerfectDraft keg.
- Reattach the tap unit securely to the keg. You should hear two clicks when it is properly fitted.
- Make sure the dispensing tube is correctly connected to the tap unit.
- Reinsert the keg and close the door firmly.
Once everything is in place, check the display again to see if the issue has been resolved.
