You can return your empty PerfectDraft kegs in three main ways. The best option depends on a few things: whether you have a box, whether you’d like a home collection, and whether you’re near a participating store.

For online returns, pack a minimum of 1 keg and a maximum of 6 kegs per box. If you’re returning more than 6 kegs, please use multiple boxes.
If you’re not sure which option to choose, check:
- How many kegs you’re returning
- Whether you have a sturdy box that can be securely closed
- Whether you’d prefer to receive credit or get a discount in store
- Whether there’s a partner store near you

- You can’t book a return through the keg returns page
- You haven’t received a return confirmation email from the carrier
