At a DPD Pickup point
- Create your return online through the Keg Return Centre and select a Mondial Relay parcel shop.
- Pack your kegs in a box before dropping them off (minimum 1 keg and maximum 6 kegs per box).
- Find your nearest parcel shop.
- Drop off your parcel at a DPD Pickup point.
- Your credit will be added according to the credit option you selected when booking your return.
What should I do before dropping off my kegs?
Before returning your kegs, make sure you:
- Create your return through the Keg Return Centre.
- Select the exact number of kegs you’re returning.
- Check that the return label matches the number of kegs in each box.
- Pack your kegs carefully so they’re held securely in the box.
- Make sure the box is completely closed before dropping it off.
