Contact us before booking the return of a faulty or partially full keg as a standard empty keg return. It needs to follow a different quality control process.
Please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Keg brand
- Best-before date
- Batch or production code, if visible
- A photo or video of the issue
- Amount of beer remaining
- Whether the keg is leaking or unsafe to handle
If the fault is confirmed, we’ll let you know what to do and arrange an appropriate solution.
