To help you connect your machine successfully, please check the following:
- App version
- Make sure you have installed the latest version of the PerfectDraft app (iOS or Android). Using the most recent version ensures compatibility and smoother setup.
- Bluetooth
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and allow new connections. This enables your device to detect the machine during pairing.
- Location services
- Ensure location services are enabled on your mobile device. This helps the app identify available networks during setup.
- Wi-Fi signal
- Make sure your machine is within range of your Wi-Fi router.
- Confirm you are using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, not 5GHz.
- Wi-Fi credentials
- Have your Wi-Fi network name and password ready, as you will need them during the onboarding process.
