If your machine keeps disconnecting, drops offline, or stays connected but stops updating, the cause is usually one of two things: a setup issue, a Wi‑Fi stability issue.
If the problem happens during setup:
go back through the pairing steps from the beginning
make sure Bluetooth is ON
if you use Android, make sure Location Services are ON
make sure the wireless icon on the display is blinking blue
if you see solid white light, reset it by pressing and holding the wireless button for 10 seconds
- make sure you are connecting to 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi
If the machine connected before but now keeps dropping:
move the machine closer to the router, or move the router closer to the machine
if possible, use a Wi‑Fi extender
if your router switches automatically between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, make sure the machine is connecting on 2.4 GHz
- restart the router if needed
If the machine appears connected but the app stops updating:
first check whether the machine has actually disconnected
if the machine is still connected, the issue may be Wi‑Fi signal instability rather than a full disconnection
- move the machine closer to the router or use a Wi‑Fi extender
If your internet works normally for other devices but the machine still drops:
test the machine closer to the router
test with stronger Wi‑Fi coverage
- if the problem continues after that, contact support
