If your machine is not cooling as expected, there are a few common causes to check.

Allow enough cooling time
- Cooling can take longer depending on the starting temperature of the keg and the temperature of the room.

Check ventilation space
- Make sure there is at least 10 cm of space around the back and sides of the machine.
- Good airflow is essential for proper cooling. Avoid placing the machine in enclosed cabinets or tight spaces.

Consider room temperature
- High room temperatures can affect cooling performance.
- Avoid placing the machine in direct sunlight or near heat sources such as ovens or radiators.

Check the rear fan and vents
- Dust build-up can restrict airflow.
- Switch off and unplug the machine, then gently clean the rear vents and fan area with a soft brush or vacuum.
- WARNING: Do not remove the back cover of the machine, as this would void your warranty.

Confirm power and display
- Make sure the machine is plugged in securely and switched ON.
- Check whether any error messages are shown on the display.
