A d0 code means the door is open or not fully closed. It isn't a fault. Your machine stops cooling when the door has been open for more than about 30 seconds, so it's letting you know.
What to do
- Open the door fully.
- Check the keg is pushed all the way to the back, sitting properly on the rails, and that the tap unit is fully seated.
- Look at the door seal for any ice, beer residue or anything caught in it. Wipe it clean and dry.
- Close the door firmly. You should hear a click, and no red showing at the top of the door handle.
Give it a few minutes and the code should clear on its own.
If d0 is still showing
Unplug the machine at the wall, leave it for a minute, then plug it back in.
