Tracking your order

One important aspect of this is ensuring that you are kept informed about the status of your order, from the moment it is dispatched to the time it is delivered to your doorstep. 

Once your order has been carefully packed by our warehouse team, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. This email will contain a link to the courier's website, where you can track your order in real-time. Please note that it may take a few hours for the courier's website to update with the latest tracking information.

If you provided a mobile number when placing your order, you should also receive a text from the courier with the tracking details. This will allow you to track your order on the go, which is especially useful if you are not going to be at home when your order is delivered.
