PerfectDraft Machine - Temperature Issues

Are you experiencing temperature issues with your PerfectDraft machine? This can be a frustrating problem, but there are several things you can do to troubleshoot the issue.

First and foremost, it's important to note that a keg typically takes between 12 and 24 hours to cool down to the ideal serving temperature of 3°C. If you've recently installed a new keg, it's possible that it simply needs more time to cool down. Give it a little longer before assuming there is a problem.

Another thing to keep in mind is the importance of providing adequate space around your PerfectDraft machine. It requires at least 10cm of space on all sides to properly dissipate heat. If your machine is located in a confined space, this could be preventing it from cooling properly.

The ambient temperature of the room your PerfectDraft machine is in can also affect the cooling performance. Avoid direct sunlight & heat sources for example.

Make sure that the fan at the back of the machine is clean & free of dust or debris, as this can also affect performance.

If you've given your keg enough time to cool down and have made sure there is sufficient space around your machine, but you're still experiencing temperature issues, it's time to contact customer services.

Before you do, it's a good idea to check a few things to provide as much information as possible to the customer service representative. Make sure that the machine is plugged in and turned on, and that there are no error messages on the display. If there are error messages, take note of them and report them to customer service.

When you contact customer service, be prepared to provide your machine's serial number and purchase date. They will likely ask you some questions about the temperature issue and may ask you to perform some troubleshooting steps. If they determine that there is a problem with your machine, they will provide instructions on how to get it repaired or replaced.
