If you’re having trouble logging into your PerfectDraft account, there are a few quick checks that usually help.
Check your login details
Please make sure:
- you’re using the correct email address for your PerfectDraft account
- your password has been entered correctly
- caps lock is not turned on by mistake
- your app is updated to the latest version, if you’re using the app
Passwords are case-sensitive, so uppercase and lowercase letters need to match exactly.
I’ve forgotten my password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the PerfectDraft app or website.
- Go to the login page.
- Select “Forgot Password?”
- Enter the email address linked to your PerfectDraft account.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
I didn’t receive the password reset email
If the reset email does not arrive:
- check your spam or junk folder
- make sure you entered the email address linked to your PerfectDraft account
- wait a few minutes, then try requesting a new reset link
- check that your inbox is not full or blocking emails from PerfectDraft
My reset link does not work
If the reset link does not work, it may have expired or already been used.
Please go back to the login page and request a new password reset email.
I still can’t log in
If you still can’t log in after trying the steps above, please contact us and include:
- the email address linked to your PerfectDraft account
- whether you’re using the app or website
- the error message you see, if any
