If your PerfectDraft password isn't working or you've forgotten it, you can reset it from the PerfectDraft app or website.
How to reset your password
- Go to the login page on the PerfectDraft app or website.
- Select "Forgot Password?"
- Enter the email address linked to your PerfectDraft account.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
I haven't received the password reset email
If the reset email does not arrive, try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the email address linked to your PerfectDraft account.
- Wait a few minutes, as the email may not arrive instantly.
- Request a new reset link.
- Check that your inbox is not full or blocking emails from PerfectDraft.
If you never created a PerfectDraft account and ordered as a guest, there's no password to reset. See I can't log into my account.
My reset link doesn't work
If the reset link does not work, it may have expired or already been used. Go back to the login page and request a new password reset email.
