If you're not at home when your PerfectDraft order arrives, the courier will try to deliver it safely.
If you're unavailable
The courier may leave your order in a driver-approved safe place or with a neighbour. Some deliveries need to be accepted in person by someone aged 18 or over.
You can also manage the delivery yourself. Open your tracking link or the courier's app and verify that you're the recipient, then you can reschedule your delivery or add delivery instructions, such as a safe place or a neighbour.
If there's no safe place for your delivery
The courier will attempt a re-delivery. Your tracking will show when, and you can contact the courier from their tracking page, or using the details on any card they've left, to arrange a more convenient time.
If you still haven't received your order
Contact us with your order number and we'll check what's happening with it.
Please note: all deliveries must be accepted by an adult, over the age of 18 years old.
