If you’re not at home when your PerfectDraft order arrives, the courier will aim to deliver it safely.
If you’re unavailable
- The courier may leave your order in a driver-approved safe place or with a neighbour.
If there's no safe space for your delivery
- The courier will attempt a re-delivery.
- You can then contact them using the details provided to choose a more convenient delivery time.
Please note: all deliveries must be accepted by an adult, over the age of 18 years old.
