If you cannot find your PerfectDraft delivery, there are a few quick checks you can do:
Check the tracking information
- Review your tracking link for delivery details.
- The courier may have left your order in a driver-approved safe place, such as a porch or shed, or with a neighbour. If so, the courier should have left a card with more information.
Still can’t locate it?
- Contact our customer service team. We’ll look into this for you and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note: all deliveries must be accepted by an adult, over the age of 18 years old.
