Orders are sometimes sent as more than one parcel. This is called a split delivery, and it happens when items are packed separately or get separated in transit. The rest is usually already on its way.
Check whether your order was split
Log in to My Account, go to My Orders, and open your order. If it was split, you'll see a separate tracking link for the remaining items.
Your dispatch email may also contain more than one tracking number.
Why orders get split
- Machines and kegs are often packed separately, because they're very different sizes and weights.
- Larger keg orders may need more than one box.
- Parcels occasionally get separated by the courier and travel a day or two apart.
If the rest hasn't arrived
If your remaining tracking hasn't updated, or you're not sure whether your order was split, contact us with your order number. We'll check and let you know what's happening with the rest of it.
If your order wasn't split and something is genuinely missing, see What do I do if I can't find my delivery?.
Please note: all deliveries must be accepted by an adult, over the age of 18 years old.
