If only part of your PerfectDraft order has arrived, there’s no need to worry. This is called a split delivery. It can happen when items are packed separately or temporarily separated by the courier.
Check your order status
- Log in to your PerfectDraft account and go to My Orders. You may see a separate tracking link for the remaining items.
- Check your dispatch email. There may be more than one tracking number included.
Still unsure?
- In most cases, the rest of your order arrives within a few days.
- Contact our Customer Service team if you have not received an update. We can confirm whether your order was split and let you know when to expect the remaining items.
Please note: all deliveries must be accepted by an adult, over the age of 18 years old.
