If the app shows the wrong temperature, or the machine display and app temperature do not match, start with these checks.
What’s normal
A short delay is normal, especially:
- just after pairing
- just after reconnecting
- just after changing the temperature
The temperature can take a few minutes to update in the app after a change.
The display and app may also briefly differ while the machine reconnects.
If it’s been more than ten minutes
- Force-close and reopen the app.
- Wait 30 seconds for the app to re-sync.
- If the temperature still does not match, turn the machine off at the wall.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Turn it back ON.
- Reopen the app.
If needed, re-connect the machine.
