If the volume in the app looks wrong, the keg level does not seem to update properly, or the remaining volume looks off after a keg change, start here.
Why this can happen
The volume left calculation is based on pressure readings. If the machine is trying to compensate for an air leak, this can affect how accurate the remaining volume appears.
First, check whether this could be normal
On PerfectDraft Pro, the volume is usually calculated after the first pressurisation attempt, which is usually after the first pour.
What to check

Has the machine been pressurising frequently?
For example, more than 3–4 times per day, depending on usage and consumption. -
Check the keg connection
A poor keg connection is the most likely cause. Recheck:- the tap unit
- the beer line
- the keg connections
Make sure everything is properly secured.
Try a different keg if you can. This helps rule out a faulty keg.
