If the volume or temperature shown on your machine display does not match the app, the machine may have disconnected or the Wi-Fi signal may be too weak.
- Check the status light on your machine:
- A stable white light means the machine is connected.
- Any other colour indicates that the connection has been lost.
- If the light is white but the app is not updating correctly, the Wi-Fi signal may be unstable:
- Move the machine closer to your router, or
- Consider using a Wi-Fi extender to improve signal strength.
