Where possible, use the original packaging. If you no longer have the original box, please use a strong, suitable box that can close properly like any cardboard box that fits the keg.
A maximum of 3 kegs can be packed per box. If you are returning more than 3 kegs, please use more than one box.
Offline: You do not need a box
What should I check before returning the box?
Please make sure:
- The kegs are empty
- The box is secure and not overfilled
- The box can close properly
- Any old delivery labels are removed or covered if you are reusing packaging
What if I do not have the original box?
You can still return your empty kegs using a suitable sturdy box.
Please make sure the box is strong enough to hold the kegs securely and can be closed properly.
