Please pack a minimum of 1 keg per box, and maximum of up to 6 kegs per box.
If you are returning more than 3 kegs, it's best to split them across more than one box. For example:

| 4-6 kegs | Two boxes of up to 3 kegs or 1 large box with 6 kegs |
| 7-9 kegs | 3 boxes |
Each box may be scanned and processed separately. This means Beer Tokens can appear at different times, especially if the boxes are scanned on different days.
If you receive credit for only some of your kegs, please wait until the relevant processing window has passed:
- Express Credit: allow up to 48 hours from courier collection
- Standard Credit: allow up to 10 days for the return to be received and processed
Please contact us if:
- Express Credit has not appeared after 48 hours from courier collection
- Standard Credit has not appeared after 10 days
- You returned multiple boxes and some credit is still missing
- You are unsure what happened to your return
