If you think a keg is faulty or you need to return a keg that is not empty, please contact us before booking it as a normal empty-keg return.
Normal keg returns are for empty PerfectDraft kegs. Faulty or part-full kegs require a different quality review process so we can check the issue and arrange the right resolution.
When contacting us, please include:
- your order number
- keg brand
- best-before date
- batch or production code, if visible
- a photo or video of the issue, if possible
- how much beer is left in the keg
- whether the keg is leaking or unsafe to handle
If a fault is confirmed, we will advise the next step and arrange the appropriate resolution.
