The retailer owns the order, payment, delivery, and return process during their own return window. PerfectDraft cannot usually refund an order placed with another retailer.
If the retailer has already reviewed the issue and cannot resolve it, they may direct you to PerfectDraft for product support.
What should I do?
Please contact the retailer first and follow their return process.
If they ask you to contact PerfectDraft, please send us:
- Proof of purchase
- The retailer name
- The product details
- A short explanation of the issue
- Any photos, if relevant
