Returning Empty PerfectDraft Kegs

Modified on Wed, 15 Mar 2023 at 02:47 PM

If you're a PerfectDraft customer, you know how great it is to have fresh, cold beer on tap at home. But what do you do when your keg runs out? Here's everything you need to know about returning your empty kegs and the benefits of doing so.

How to Return Your Empty Kegs:

Visit the Returns Hub in Your Account - log in (or create an account) and visit the Keg Return Hub to start your return. Follow the steps to tell us how many kegs and how many boxes you're sending back.

Pack the Kegs - an ideal way to recycle your PerfectDraft packaging is to fill it up with empties. If you don't still have the PerfectDraft packaging, you can use any box which can fit a maximum of 6 kegs.

Hand over Your Empties - either to the courier for home collections or the shop attendant for a store drop off.

Get Credited - If you're on express credit, you'll receive £5 Beer Tokens per keg same day. For standard credit your £5 per keg will be credited when we receive the empties back.

The Benefits of Returning Your Empty Kegs:

Convenience - Returning your empty kegs means you don't have to worry about finding a place to store them or disposing of them properly. Simply arrange for pickup or drop-off and let PerfectDraft take care of the rest.

Sustainability - Returning your empty kegs is also an environmentally responsible choice. PerfectDraft recycles the kegs and reuses them, reducing waste and minimizing their impact on the environment.

Cost savings - Returning your empty kegs saves you money. We provide £5 Beer Tokens for every empty keg you return, which can help reduce the overall cost of your PerfectDraft experience.
