The time it takes to receive your keg deposit depends on the return method you choose.
Express Credit
- Deposits, in the form of Store Credit, are usually added to your account within 24 hours of the courier receiving your kegs.
Standard Credit
- This can take up to 10 working days, as your kegs need to be received and processed first.
In some cases, it may take a little longer due to:
- Missed courier collections
- Delays at local depots
- Higher return volumes or busy periods
If it’s been more than 10 working days and you haven’t received your Store Credit, please contact our Customer Service team.
