As your order moves through our system, you may see different order statuses. Here’s what each one means:
Order not yet confirmed
Your order has been placed, but payment is still being processed. We’ll let you know once payment is confirmed.
Order received
Payment has been successfully completed and your order details have been sent to our warehouse for preparation.
Order in the warehouse
Your order is being picked and packed and is getting ready for dispatch. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s on its way.
With courier
Your order has been handed over to the courier and is on its way to you. You’ll receive tracking details so you can follow the delivery.
Complete
