If checkout did not complete, your order may not have been created.
You may still see a pending payment or authorisation on your bank account. This is when your bank temporarily reserves the amount while the payment is being checked. If the order was not completed, this is usually released by your bank or card provider.
PerfectDraft cannot speed up your bank’s release of a pending authorisation.
How do I know if my order went through?
Please check:
- whether you received an order confirmation email
- whether the order appears in My Orders in your PerfectDraft account
- whether your bank shows the payment as pending or completed
If you did not receive a confirmation email and the order does not appear in My Orders, the order may not have been completed.
What should I do if I’m unsure?
Please contact usand include:
- the email address used at checkout
- the date of the attempted order
- the amount
- any order number, payment reference, or error message
- whether the payment shows as pending or completed
Please do not send full card details.
